Demolition of the former premises of the Municipal Nursing Home at Argostoli, Kefalonia and complete construction of four new buildings (wards) with a 3.984,80 square meter total area, consisting of three levels (basement, lower ground floor and upper floor) and with 78 inmates capacity.

This project, is divided into two phases, A’ and B’. The operations included in both two phases, concern the complete construction of the four buildings, the installation of all necessary mechanical equipment and the overall configuration of the surrounding area in order to be delivered ready for use and start seamlessly its function into the brand new infrastructure.
